What are inspection cameras and USB microscopes? How are they used?

Inspection cameras are a type of digital imaging equipment that allow the user to view and sometimes record otherwise inaccessible areas. They typically feature a handheld screen to which is attached a long, articulated probe, at the end of which is a small digital camera.
